Request Pool Service in Bentonville, Centerton, or Nearby Northwest Arkansas
Thank you for considering Perfect Pool Services for residential pool maintenance, repair, equipment service, openings, or closings.
Before submitting an inquiry, please understand that Perfect Pool Services is intentionally limited in size. This process helps us understand the pool, location, service needs, and schedule fit before beginning a new client relationship. Submission of this inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client.
New client requests are reviewed based on:
Location
Pool type
Service needs
Route compatibility
Current availability
Pool condition
Equipment condition
Long-term fit
We specialize in residential in-ground pools and generally do not service above-ground pools.
Please provide as much detail as possible so we can properly evaluate whether we may be a good fit.
New client inquiries are reviewed personally by Todd and Katy Rose as schedule and route availability allow. During peak season, existing clients are prioritized, and response times may vary.
Is Perfect Pool Services a Good Fit?
We are usually a strong fit for homeowners who value consistent long-term care, direct communication with the owners performing the work, reliable pool access, prompt attention to needed repairs, and clear expectations about shared responsibilities.
We may not be the right fit when price is the only deciding factor, access is unreliable, known equipment problems are repeatedly postponed, or biweekly service is expected to require no homeowner involvement between visits.
Clear Written Expectations
Accepted maintenance clients receive a written service agreement outlining included services, homeowner responsibilities, chemical billing, access requirements, repair authorization, and weekly or biweekly service expectations.
What happens next?
Every inquiry is personally reviewed by Todd. I will respond by email within 1–2 business days—not by phone. If you don’t see a reply, please check your Spam or Promotions folder before reaching out again.
