About Todd & Katy

Perfect Pool Services was built on experience, consistency, and the belief that some things are worth building slowly.

Before starting Perfect Pool Services, Todd spent ten years with Aqua Pools Inc. in Illinois. During that time he worked long weeks, often 80 hours or more, servicing thousands of pools and solving some of the most challenging problems clients faced.

The experience was invaluable. Customers regularly requested Todd by name, and he became the technician trusted with difficult jobs and complex problem solving.

At 41 years old, Todd and Katy made a decision that surprised many people around them.

After caring for Todd’s grandmother for eleven years, that chapter of life came to a close. With family already established in Northwest Arkansas and tremendous opportunity visible on the horizon, they decided to start over.

There was no job waiting.

There were no clients waiting.

There were no guarantees.

Just experience, determination, and a willingness to bet on themselves.

Many people thought the move was risky. Todd saw it differently. He saw opportunity.

Today, twenty years into his pool industry career, Perfect Pool Services remains intentionally owner-operated.

That is not a temporary stage of the business.

It is the business model.

Clients work directly with Todd and Katy. There are no crews, no layers of management, and no revolving door of seasonal technicians.

Every pool is different.

Two pools can be built the same way, use the same equipment, and still behave completely differently. Experience matters. Patience matters. Attention to detail matters.

The goal has never been to become the largest pool company in Northwest Arkansas.

The goal is to build long-term relationships with people who value expertise, honesty, consistency, and trust.

Many clients tell us we feel like family.

We consider that the greatest compliment we could ever receive.

When we accept a new client, we make two promises:

We’ll treat your pool like it’s our own.

We’ll tell you the truth even when it isn’t what you want to hear.

Because some things are worth building slowly.
